Our wholesale training and education program is dedicated to supporting our partners with a comprehensive understanding of coffee, from farm to cup. We offer a series of engaging courses covering key topics, including coffee sourcing, processing methods, and the importance of direct trade relationships. Wholesale partners also gain hands-on experience in espresso training to refine techniques and elevate serving quality. Additionally, we share insights into our company history, giving teams a deeper connection to the values and vision behind our brand. Through this program, we aim to empower your team with the knowledge and skills to create an exceptional coffee experience every time.
Dark Matter Coffee is happy to offer consultation services for anyone looking to learn a bit more about what equipment we would recommend for the space. Our consultations are a great way to address your vision and equipment needs. We primarily work with Fetco for our brewers and Bunn for our grinders. This strong relationship with Fetco ensures that we have the knowledge and technical expertise to assist in installation and troubleshooting. Whether you’re looking to upgrade or start fresh, we’re here to help!
