Celebrating 18 Years of DMC!
For this year's anniversary blend, we are using two Salvadoran beans from the Pacas Family, starting with a rich washed Icatu from finca El Rosario. We paired this nutty, syrupy coffee with a bright, berry-forward Bourbon grown on 80+ year-old trees from finca Santa Petrona. These natural processed beans were slowly shade dried for weeks, allowing for more fermentation to produce a fruity cup profile. These two coffees represent some of the oldest and some of the youngest coffees we've sourced from the Pacas Family.

The artwork on the bag is by Booker Youngblutt, who designed the DMC logo many moons ago!
