Welcome to the world of cleanliness and purity. Like that of the sea jellies, these coffee seeds were soaked in an ocean of water. During the coffees’ short swim, fermentation, acting as wisdom, drives acidity, clarity, and focus throughout each tentacle of possibility.
This washed coffee comes to DMC from finca La Gloria, owned and operated by the Pacas' extended family, and is home to a beautiful lot of Pacas trees. It has been about 8 years since we've sourced coffee from La Gloria, and we are excited to have this back! This coffee popped on the cupping table with floral, and tropical fruit notes coming through, so we're roasting this up with less heat and treating it like a natural to highlight the acidity of these beans!

  • Orders received on Monday and Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.

Orders that are received with overnight, 2nd day air, etc. will still be shipping according to the schedule above. Ordering an item for overnight does not supersede our normal roasting, packing and shipping schedule.
